Role Description: The Head of Sales is a full-time, in office role globally, responsible for leading the sales function and driving revenue growth. This role involves defining and executing sales strategies, setting targets, and overseeing the sales team's performance to achieve business objectives. The Head of Sales will manage key accounts,



build and maintain strong customer relationships, and identify current business opportunities in target markets. Day-to-day activities include monitoring sales pipelines, reviewing performance metrics, coordinating with operations and finance teams, and preparing regular reports for senior leadership. The role also includes mentoring and coaching the sales team, improving sales processes, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Lead, manage and monitor the performance of the sales team.
