WE’RE HIRING | FINANCE & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Strike & Smash is looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Gurugram.
Experience: 2–5 Years
CTC: ₹3.0–₹4.2 LPA
Location: Gurugram, Delhi NCR
Employment Type: Full time (Work From Office)
Location - Sector 110 New Palam Vihar (Gurugram)
Note: Work From Office & Six Days Working Tuesday off)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
• Handle GST, TDS and statutory compliances
• Manage Tally / Tally Prime
• Prepare bank and ledger reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle invoicing, expenses and payment tracking
• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports
• Maintain Excel and Google Sheets
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, vendors and internal teams
• Manage finance and accounting requirements across multiple centres
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Handle other finance, accounting and compliance-related responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS





• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Robust knowledge of Tally, GST and TDS
• Good command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
• Valuable understanding of statutory compliance
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible
• Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance activities
• Experience with a multi-location business will be an advantage
