We are expanding our sales team and looking for a Senior Admission Counsellor who can independently manage the complete student counselling and admission process.

Key Responsibilities• Handle fresh enquiries/leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand the student's academic background, career goals, eligibility and requirements.
• Recommend suitable Online/Distance UG & PG programmes and universities.
• Explain programmes, eligibility, fees, admission process and key advantages clearly.
• Handle objections related to fees, university selection, credibility, comparison and decision-making.
• Conduct regular and structured follow-ups with prospective students.
• Convert qualified prospects into successful admissions.




• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the admission/operations team to ensure a smooth admission journey.
• Maintain skilled relationships with students until successful enrolment.
• Share market/customer feedback with management to improve the counselling and sales process.

What We Are Looking For• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Online Education / EdTech / Admission Counselling / Inside Sales.
• Proven experience in B2C sales and admission closures.
• Candidates with experience selling Online/Distance UG or PG programmes will be preferred.
• Robust Hindi and English communication skills.
• Excellent counselling, persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and regular follow-ups.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
