Role Description The Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. The role involves planning, executing, and reviewing statutory and internal audits, including detailed examination of financial statements and supporting records. The Audit Manager will lead and supervise audit teams, allocate work, provide technical guidance,



and ensure adherence to skilled standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include identifying control weaknesses, assessing risks, recommending process improvements, and preparing explicit audit reports and documentation. The role also requires regular interaction with clients, coordination with internal stakeholders, and contribution to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and firm practices.
Qualifications

• Robust command of Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Hands-on experience in conducting Financial Audits, including audit planning, testing, documentation, and reporting.
