We're Hiring: Principal Consultant - Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM) Presales

Location: Bangalore (India), Hybrid | Subex Ltd

Do you love turning complex wholesale billing challenges into winning business cases? Subex is looking for a Principal Consultant to drive presales and business development for our Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM) solutions, spanning Enterprise, wholesale billing, interconnect and partner settlement.

This role sits at the intersection of technical solutioning and sales, working closely with the sales team to scope, position and win PEM opportunities globally.

What you'll do:

• Present and demonstrate PEM capabilities, framed around solving critical business challenges rather than a feature walkthrough
• Prepare detailed RFP responses and technical proposals
• Scope technical solutions, assess met and unmet needs, and recommend options that maximize value for both customer and Subex
• Engage customer stakeholders and adapt solutions to secure the right support
• Travel internationally for presentations, bid defenses and POCs




• Track customer support during the sales cycle and flag risks to deal closure
• Partner with sales to identify, develop and close prospects through meetings, POC resourcing and business case creation
• Represent Subex in the Partner Management domain through customer presentations, white papers, blogs and conference or user group sessions
• Stay on top of market developments and identify business and IT services opportunities for customers

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience in telecom billing: wholesale, interconnect and partner settlement
• Hands-on experience with a wholesale or interconnect billing tool
• Exposure to presales methods and processes
• Excellent communication skills
• A consultative, business-outcomes-first approach to demos
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode from Bangalore
• Readiness for international travel to customer sites
