We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong GTM and B2B sales experience to drive growth for Codewinglet’s software services and TunnelQuiz, our SaaS product.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling IT/software services, SaaS products, or technology solutions and be comfortable handling the sales process from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities through LinkedIn, cold email, Upwork, partnerships, and other outbound channels.
• Identify target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICP), and key decision-makers.




• Build and execute outbound and GTM strategies for Codewinglet and TunnelQuiz.
• Conduct discovery calls and understand client/customer pain points and requirements.
• Present relevant software services or SaaS solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
• Identify prospects for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or GTM.
• Experience selling IT/software services, SaaS products, or technology solutions.
• Robust understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold email, and client acquisition.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience managing a sales pipeli
