About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a solid understanding of Performance Marketing to bring current clients to 8 Views and grow the agency's revenue.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will pitch performance marketing-led businesses across Real Estate, Education, Healthcare and other lead-generation focused brands, so you need to understand the numbers behind the pitch, not just the pitch itself.
You will curate client-specific pitches, build pitch decks, manage the pipeline and close deals.



About 30% of your time will go to your own outreach: sourcing leads on LinkedIn and building relationships with consultants and potential partners. A dedicated outbound team supports lead generation, so the rest of your time goes to pitching, proposals and closing.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the new-business pipeline from first conversation to signed contract, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Curate client-specific pitches by researching each prospect's business, competitors, digital presence and gaps, and recommending the right service mix (SEO, performance marketing, social, content, creative).
• Create pitch decks and proposals that are explicit, visually strong and persuasive, and prepare scope-of-work and pricing documents with the team.
