MIS ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities
Prepare insightful MIS reports and financial statements that empower leadership to make smarter decisions
Maintain an accurate and audit-ready general ledger, and conduct timely bank reconciliations
Manage end-to-end GST and income tax compliance — from filings to responses to notices
Analyze financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities — and translate them into clear, actionable reports
Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards (Ind-AS/GAAP), regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Support internal and external audits with seamless coordination and documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across operations, sales, and procurement to ensure financial accuracy and timeliness




Champion data integrity by maintaining well-organized, secure, and up-to-date financial records

Qualifications & Requirements
2–6 years of hands-on experience in accounting, MIS reporting, and tax compliance
Robust grasp of accounting principles, GST, and income tax regulations
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards) and accounting tools like Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP
Keen eye for detail, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Clear communication skills — written and verbal — to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
A growth mindset: curious, adaptable, and eager to contribute beyond the core responsibilities
