The RoleYou'll be the bridge between customers and product. Not sitting in isolation writing specs—you'll be in discovery calls with founders, demoing AI voice agents to CXOs, and solving real business problems by showing customers exactly how automation can transform their operations.
This is a customer-facing product role for someone who understands technology deeply but genuinely enjoys translating it into business outcomes. You'll conduct product demonstrations, discover what customers actually need, recommend the right solutions, and own the entire journey from sale to successful implementation.

What You'll DoCustomer Discovery & Demonstrations
• Conduct product discovery calls with prospects to understand their business challenges, current processes, and automation gaps.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to different industries and use cases (real estate, fintech, e-commerce, education, B2B services, etc.).
• Present solutions with transparent ROI—show customers the exact workflow, timeline, and business impact.
Translate Business Into Product
• Listen to customer requirements and convert them into transparent product workflows, implementation plans, and feature requests.
• Identify what our platform can solve today, what needs configuration, and what feedback to send to our product team.
