About the RoleVijayaraja Paints Private Limited is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development qualified to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial paints, coatings, chemicals, construction materials, or related B2B sales, with robust communication and business development skills.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, understanding market requirements, and driving sales growth across industrial and infrastructure segments.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure sectors.
• Generate leads through market research, field visits, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable paint/coating solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.




• Follow up with prospects, prepare quotations, negotiate, and support the sales closure process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Regularly visit customers, project sites, contractors, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Track sales activities, prospects, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Identify opportunities in sectors such as railways, metro projects, infrastructure, construction, industrial projects, marine, and other specialized coating applications.

Required Skills• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in Industrial Paints / Coatings / Chemicals / Construction Materials is preferred.
• Strong business development and lead-generation skills.
• Good negotiation and customer relationship manag
