laboratories, collection centers, and home sample collection services across India.

KeyResponsibilities

• Conduct regular training sessions for phlebotomists across the assigned zone
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and best practices
• Provide on-ground coaching and performance feedback to phlebotomy staff
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs
• Conduct field audits and operational assessments of phlebotomy processes
• Identify skill gaps and implement corrective training measures
• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth execution of training activities
• Maintain training records, audit reports, and performance trackers

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostics, training phlebotomy experience.
• Educational Qualification: DMLT / BMLT mandatory.




• Prior teaching/training experience is required, preferably in phlebotomy or diagnostic
operations.
• Strong knowledge of phlebotomy procedures, sample collection, and quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tests, test parameters, and sample requirements.
• Valuable understanding of phlebotomy SOPs and diagnostic operations.
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and mentor
phlebotomists effectively.
• Comfortable with extensive travelling and field audit activities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to maintain training, audit, and performance
data.
• Ability to prepare training reports, audit trackers, and performance records.

Additional Skills Required
• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ability to maintain training and audit data efficiently.
• Hands-on experience in data management and reporting through Excel.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic tests
