Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Immigration Specialist to manage end-to-end immigration, visa, work permit, and international mobility requirements for employees travelling or relocating across countries. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely documentation, application processing, compliance, and coordination with employees, government authorities, embassies, immigration consultants, and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end visa, immigration and work permit processes for employees travelling internationally.
• Assess visa and immigration requirements based on destination country, nationality, purpose and duration of travel.
• Prepare, verify and maintain immigration documentation, applications and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, immigration authorities and external immigration consultants.




• Track visa/work permit applications and ensure timely submission, follow-up and closure.
• Maintain accurate records of passports, visas, permits, immigration documents and expiry dates.
• Monitor visa and work permit expiry dates and initiate timely renewals/extensions.
• Advise employees on immigration requirements, documentation, timelines and travel restrictions.
• Support business travel, international assignments, deputations, relocations and employee transfers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable immigration laws, visa regulations and company policies.
• Conduct documentation checks and identify potential compliance or application risks.
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, Finance, Legal and business teams for international assignments.
• Coordinate with travel agencies and other service providers for visa appointments, travel documentation and related requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee persona
