Role Description The Sales Leader – Medical Equipment is a full time, in office role based in Hyderabad.



This role is responsible for driving sales of medical equipment products, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base among hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely order closure and follow-up. The Sales Leader will collaborate with internal teams for inventory planning, delivery coordination, and after-sales support, while maintaining strong customer relationships and addressing service or product-related queries. The role also involves mentoring and training sales team members, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular sales reports and market feedback to support strategic decision-making.
