About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Protocol Developer with strong expertise in C programming, LTE/5G RAN technologies, and telecom protocol stack development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing eNodeB/gNodeB software components, implementing NAS and SCTP protocols, troubleshooting complex protocol issues, and optimizing network performance. This role provides an prospect to work on next-generation wireless communication technologies and contribute to the development of high-performance telecom solutions in Linux-based environments.

What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and maintain software components for LTE and 5G eNodeB/gNodeB platforms.
• Implement and optimize features across LTE/5G protocol stacks.
• Develop high-performance telecom software modules using C programming on Linux platforms.
• Design and implement NAS (Non-Access Stratum) and SCTP protocol functionalities.
• Analyze protocol logs, debug signaling issues, and troubleshoot complex network problems.
• Perform software integration, system validation, defect resolution, and protocol compliance testing.
• Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and processing efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, QA teams, product owners, and system engineers to deliver robust telecom solutions.
• Participate in feature design discussions and contribute to protocol architecture enhancements.
• Support interoperability testing with network equipment and third-party systems.
• Develop technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, scalability, and reliability.
