Role Description This is a full time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Surat. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers seeking home and commercial property finance. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, explaining loan products and eligibility, assisting with documentation,



and coordinating with internal teams for smooth loan processing and approvals. The role involves regularly following up with customers, resolving queries, ensuring timely disbursals, and supporting customers throughout the loan lifecycle. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and helping to achieve branch sales and portfolio quality targets.
