Role Summary
The Customer Sales Executive at Time2Chess will play a key role in driving student enrollments and revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Management & Enquiry Handling
• Handle incoming leads from website, campaigns,



referrals, and walk-ins
• Respond to parent enquiries promptly and professionally

Sales & Enrollment Conversion
• Convert enquiries into confirmed student enrollments
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly admission targets

Program Explanation & Demo Coordination
• Explain Time2Chess programs, curriculum structure, batches, and fee details
• Coordinate demo classes between parents, students, and coaches

Follow-ups & Relationship Management
• Conduct regular follow-ups with parents to ensure timely decision-making
• Build trust and long-term relationships with parents and students

Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion data in CRM / tracking sheets
• Share daily and weekly sales performance reports with the reporting manager

Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with Student Success, Training, and Accounts teams for smooth onboarding
