We are looking for a Sales Team Lead who can build and manage a high-performing sales team and drive enrollments for HealthRaksha's healthcare education programs.
The ideal candidate should be highly target-oriented, confident in communication, strong at follow-ups, and capable of turning leads into enrollments. The role will also involve developing relationships with colleges, student communities, campus ambassadors and other potential partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate the HealthRaksha sales team.
Set daily, weekly and monthly enrollment targets and monitor performance.




Generate and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other outreach channels.
Follow up consistently with prospective students and ensure strong conversion.
Build relationships with medical colleges, universities, student groups and campus ambassadors.
Develop and expand the HealthRaksha college & student network.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team for campaigns, promotions and lead-generation activities.
Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, conversions and revenue.
Identify reasons for low conversion and implement strategies to improve performance.
Train team members on communication, product knowledge, objection handling and closing.
Maintain regular sales reports and share performance updates with management.
Support institutional and partnership-based sales prospects.
Contribute current ideas for increasing course enrollments and expanding HealthRaksha's reach.
