Placement Officer - Corporate Relations Cell (CRC)

Gulzar Group of Institutions (GGI) is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Placement Officer to join our Corporate Relations Cell (CRC) at our campus in Khanna, Punjab.

About Role:
The Placement Officer will be responsible for managing campus placement activities, developing robust relationships with corporate recruiters, and creating placement and internship opportunities for students. The role also involves career counselling, employability training, industry engagement, and maintaining placement-related records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute campus placement drives and recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters and industry partners.
• Identify and facilitate placement and internship opportunities for students.
• Coordinate with companies regarding job openings, eligibility criteria, interview schedules, and selection processes.
• Conduct career counselling, resume-building, interview preparation, and employability sessions.




• Organize pre-placement talks, industry interactions, workshops, seminars, and training programs.
• Collaborate with HODs, faculty, and students for smooth execution of placement activities.
• Maintain and regularly update placement databases, reports, records, and documentation.
• Track placement status, offers, joining details, and recruiter feedback.
• Monitor industry hiring trends and support training initiatives based on current market requirements.
• Contribute towards improving placement outcomes and employer engagement.

Qualifiaction:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience in campus placements, recruitment, corporate relations, career counselling, or the education sector will be preferred.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent networking, coordination, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
