Company Description

S Raheja is one of Mumbai's fastest-growing boutique developers, and design is the reason. It drives what we build, how it looks, and how we talk about it. We've just relaunched the brand around that idea, and we're building a marketing team to match the ambition.

You'll report to the Head of Marketing and run the operational side of the function.

What you'll do

• Build marketing plans based on inputs from the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders
• Run launch and campaign execution against agreed plans — timelines, deliverables, dependencies

Track performance across live campaigns and report on what's working and what isn't
• Keep our social media pages current and consistent
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for our agencies: scheduling, chasing, tracking deliverables, flagging slippage
• Manage events end to end — CP meets, customer events, site activations, bhoomi pujas
• Own budgets, POs, vendor payments and reporting

• Coordinate with the sales team on lead flow, collateral requirements and site needs
• Keep trackers, calendars and reporting current so nothing is chased twice

Who this suits

Four or more years in marketing or at an agency. Solid operationally — you build a plan, work to it, and tell people early when something's going to slip. Valuable with vendors and comfortable holding them to a deadline.

Someone who lives in Mumbai at the moment. Is willing to join almost rightaway / has a short notice period of upto 2 weeks.

Real estate or luxury brand experience is useful but not required.

Why it's worth your time

A design-led brand at an compelling moment, a short decision chain, and a lot happening at once. You'll be in the thick of things, working directly with a senior team. Bandra, in office.
