Role Description The Cyber Security Instructor at NexAegis will design and deliver engaging, up-to-date training programs covering core areas of cybersecurity for learners at various skill levels. In this full-time, in office role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, the instructor will prepare lesson plans, develop lab exercises, and create assessment materials to evaluate learner progress. Responsibilities include explaining complex security concepts in accessible language, demonstrating tools and techniques in live or simulated environments, and mentoring learners through projects and certifications. The instructor will also update course content to reflect emerging threats and industry best practices, collaborate with internal teams to align curricula with organizational goals, and maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and feedback.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to explain fundamental and advanced concepts clearly.
• Hands-on experience with Network Security,



including secure architecture, configuration, and monitoring of networked environments.
• Applied knowledge of Application Security, including secure coding principles, vulnerability identification, and remediation practices.
• Experience in Malware Analysis, threat detection, and incident response techniques.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or similar are highly beneficial.
• Proven teaching, training, or mentoring experience, with robust presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to design structured curricula, practical labs, and assessments tailored to different learner levels.
• Comfort working in office in the Greater Hyderabad Area and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
