As a General Management intern at URE Legal Advocates, you will have the prospect to work closely with our team of experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in the legal industry. Your role will involve supporting various aspects of the firm's operations, including report writing, data analysis using MS Excel and Google Sheets, managing communications using Claude and ChatGPT, organizing information with Notion and Google Drive, and ensuring high English proficiency in all written communications.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with drafting and compiling reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Analyze data using MS Excel and Google Sheets to identify trends and provide insights
• Utilize Claude and ChatGPT for productive communication and task management




• Organize and manage information using Notion and Google Drive for easy access and collaboration
• Maintain high English proficiency in all written communications, including emails, reports, and memos
• Support the general management team in various administrative tasks and projects
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Draft and compile client reports, internal status reports, and MIS summaries
• Maintain matter, hearing, and task trackers in MS Excel and Google Sheets; prepare basic trends and summaries
• Use Claude and ChatGPT for first drafts, summaries, and research notes (all output to be verified before use)
• Organise SOPs, files, and project boards in Notion and Google Drive
• Draft qualified emails, memos, and notes in correct written English
• Support the management team in coordination, follow-ups, and assigned projects
