About The Role

We are looking for a Process & Tool Specialist to support the improvement and optimization of sales processes, CRM workflows, and business tools.

The role will focus on translating business and sales requirements into practical process and tool solutions, improving workflow efficiency and data quality, reducing manual workarounds, and supporting successful adoption of recent processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve scalable sales process landscapes and translate business requirements into practical, user-friendly sales tools.
• Translate Go-to-Market (G2M) strategy and process requirements into explicit process and tool specifications.
• Coordinate process and tool improvement initiatives and maintain improvement backlogs.
• Identify inefficient processes, workarounds, and manual activities and recommend simplification and automation.
• Define User Acceptance Criteria (UAC)



and coordinate testing of tool/process changes.
• Work with business users and IT teams to validate system changes and ensure requirements are met.
• Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, process standards, and adoption materials.
• Support rollout, training, and adoption of sales processes and tools.
• Identify and escalate adoption challenges, tool issues, process gaps, and data-quality risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Analysts, IT/CRM Support, BI/Data teams, Sales Management, and other stakeholders.
• Support requirements related to KPIs, analytics, dashboards, reporting, and data quality.
• Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable process and tool improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in an international and cross-functional workplace.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Process & Tool Management, Sales Operations, Business Process
