Role Overview
The Partnerships Manager will lead and grow Urban Vault's external partnership ecosystem, pitching new collaboration opportunities, closing deals, and managing the relationships that add value to our members and brand. This person is the face of UV to potential partners, as comfortable cold-pitching a recent brand as negotiating a formal agreement with a long-standing one.

The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure every partnership is tracked, delivers measurable value, and supports business goals. Success looks like a steady pipeline of relevant partnerships signed each quarter, robust partner retention, and measurable member value (footfall, engagement, revenue, or brand lift).





Key Responsibilities
• Pitch Recent Partnerships: Proactively scout and pitch brands, service providers, real estate players, and community partners that align with UV's ecosystem and member base.
• Pipeline Ownership: Own the partnership pipeline end to end — from first outreach and pitch deck to contract closure.
• Strategic Collaborations: Drive co-working alliances, amenity tie-ups (F&B;, wellness, mobility, tech tools), event partnerships, and brand collaborations.
• Broker & Channel Network: Build and manage relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners who refer qualified leads to Urban Vault.
• Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Structure and negotiate partnership terms that are commercially sound and attractive to both sides.
• Partner Relationship Management: Keep existing partners engaged, ensure SLAs are met, and make sure value is delivered on both sides.
