About the Role

Da’Villas is building a curated luxury hospitality platform focused on private villas, nature-led stays, intimate celebrations, destination experiences and high-value group travel.

We are looking for an HNI Sales & Revenue Manager who can take ownership of high-ticket sales, revenue generation and customer conversion while building robust relationships with HNI/UHNI and premium customers.

This is a target-driven, revenue-focused role for someone who enjoys selling premium experiences, negotiating high-value bookings and closing business.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert HNI, UHNI and premium customer leads through calls, WhatsApp, digital enquiries and referrals.
Drive sales for luxury villas, private villa buyouts, group stays, celebrations, retreats and destination experiences.




Own monthly sales, booking, revenue and conversion targets.
Personally handle and close high-value and complex bookings.
Understand customer requirements, occasion, group size, preferences and budget to recommend suitable properties and experiences.
Build long-term relationships with HNI customers, corporates, wedding planners, travel partners and premium clientele.
Drive repeat bookings, referrals, upgrades and premium upselling.
Negotiate and close high-ticket deals while maintaining margins and commercial objectives.
Monitor lead pipeline, follow-ups, conversion ratio, average booking value and revenue performance.
Guide and mentor the sales team on high-ticket selling, objection handling, negotiation and closing.
Coordinate with operations, marketing and property partners to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Identify recent revenue opportunities, partnerships and business development channels.
