Let's get the awkward part out of the way: we don't have a growth team yet. Or a D2C engine. Or a repeat-purchase loop. What we do have is a product we're proud of, a mission we care about, and a very empty seat that has your name on it.

We're launching a women's health supplement brand. Science-backed, honest, no gimmicks, no exaggerated claims. In a category where every second pack promises to "transform your life in 7 days", we'd like to be the boring, trustworthy one that actually works. We need someone to take it from launch to scale.

What's going to land on your desk
• The whole D2C business. From the website to the repeat purchase. Day one, blank page, you hold the pen.
• The entire customer journey. Listings, conversions, subscriptions and retention. If a customer touches it, you own it.
• Amazon and quick commerce. Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart. Listings, reviews, inventory and operations. Yes, including the 11pm "why is the stock showing zero" moments.




• Fulfilment and customer experience. Orders should arrive on time and feel positive to open. Smooth is the whole job.
• The brand itself. Voice, storytelling and content strategy across every channel. How we sound is your call.
• Think like a founder, because you'll be one in all but name. You won't wait for a brief. You'll spot what's working, what isn't and where the gaps are, then tell us what to do about it. Strategy, priorities and the big calls are yours to shape alongside the founders.
• Decide what we launch next, and where. Which market and customers should we go after first? You'll bring the research, the instincts and the numbers to answer and help us place the next bets.
