About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial Business Head & Growth qualified who can take ownership across content, sales, client management, team management, and hiring.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, build systems, manage people, and drive revenue. You will be responsible for building the sales function while also managing the company's content and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities1. Content & Social Media
• Ideate and develop content strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Plan, create, edit, and publish content for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the Instagram page end-to-end, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Identify trends, content opportunities, and formats that can improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creators, and vendors wherever required for content execution.




Business Development, Communication & Sales
• Handle customer communication and build solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct onboarding calls to understand customer requirements, expectations, and preferences.
• Manage the complete sales journey from lead generation and qualification to closing and payment collection.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure timely collection of all applicable payments, including AMC/service-related payments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-up with leads and customers.
• Identify prospects to improve the overall customer journey and sales conversion process.
Sales Team Management
• Build, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Set explicit individual and team targets aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
