Role Description The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business prospects and growing existing accounts for Tradepass events and services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting sales calls and meetings, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.



The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align offerings with client needs, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The B2B Sales Executive will also nurture long-term client relationships and represent Tradepass professionally at events and meetings. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
• Solid B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, and closing deals.
• Experience in account management, client relationship building, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Ability to understand and sell event-based offerings such as conferences, exhibitions, and corporate training programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
