Role Description The Restaurant Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily operations across one or more dining outlets at Aldovia Resort & Convention. This role includes supervising front-of-house teams, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.



The Restaurant Supervisor monitors guest flow, manages table assignments and reservations, handles guest inquiries and escalations, and supports the training and scheduling of team members. The role also involves maintaining hygiene and safety standards, assisting with menu promotions and special events, and working closely with management to improve service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
