We're looking for Business Operations Analysts

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Partner account onboarding, manage product SKUs, and administer partner offerings
• Processing of Market Development Funds and Global Channel Incentive claims, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and financial accuracy
• Handle marketing budgets, fund allocations, fund requests with accuracy
• Ensure seamless financial tracking, reporting, and billing processes.
• Serve as a key contact for external partners and internal HQ and Sales Teams.
• Provide world-class assistance for Qualcomm's Compute Channel Partners while fostering robust internal relationships with Sales/BD teams.
• Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent Advance Excel Skills; Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.




• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools – AI, CRM, Power BI etc.
• Versatile evening calls for business reviews and calls on a regular basis.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Versatile for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and business calls on regular basis and/or working in shift (2.30pm to 11.30pm) as needed.
• Master's degree in business management, Operations, Analytics, or related experience
