Role Description The Founder's Office role is a full time, in office position based in Gurugram, supporting the founding team across strategic, operational, and analytical initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include structuring and driving key projects, preparing data-backed reports and dashboards, and conducting research on product, market, and competitive landscapes. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, streamlining internal processes, and ensuring timely execution on priorities defined by the founders. The individual will help with investor and partner communication materials, meeting notes, and follow-ups, while maintaining explicit documentation and project tracking. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in ambiguous environments, and contributing directly to high-impact decisions in a fast-paced deep tech startup.

Qualifications
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience in strategy,



consulting, product, or operations roles, preferably within startups, technology, cyber security, or AI-focused organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating presentations, reports, internal communications, and investor or partner collateral.
• Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, project management tools, basic data analysis or visualization).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• High level of ownership, integrity, and curiosity, with an interest in cyber security, AI, and deep tech innovation.
