Role Description The Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Lemon Tree Hotels in Hitech City Hyderabad . The individual in this role is responsible for managing and growing corporate, group, and leisure business through proactive sales efforts, including identifying prospects, conducting client meetings, and preparing customized proposals. Day-to-day activities include maintaining robust relationships with key accounts, coordinating site visits, negotiating contracts and rates, and collaborating with revenue management and operations teams to optimize occupancy and average rate. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts, participating in sales events and networking activities, and ensuring all sales activities comply with brand standards and hotel policies. The Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager supports the development of junior team members and contributes to strategic sales plans that drive revenue and enhance the hotel’s market position.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in hotel or hospitality sales,



including account management, business development, and client relationship management.
• Experience with corporate, group, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segments, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with skill in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in basic data analysis for sales reporting and forecasting.
• Prior experience in local market regional market knowledge of the Greater Hyderabad Area is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet revenue targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
