Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Indore,MP,India. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. Responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, presenting service offerings, and participating in negotiations to close deals. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.



The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and contributing to business growth strategies.
Qualifications
• Recent Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Solid Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Business acumen with an understanding of IT services, software development, and outsourcing models.
• Account Management capabilities, including relationship building, client retention, and upselling.
