Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Manager – Sales to sell industrial machinery such as Tractor Loaders, Tractor Hydra Cranes and similar heavy equipment in Hyderabad and surrounding areas. The role involves generating current business, building strong client relationships, and achieving high sales targets in the construction, infrastructure, agriculture, and mining sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sell Tractor Loaders, Hydra Cranes and related industrial machinery
• Generate current business from construction companies, contractors, builders, farmers, mining companies and dealers
• Conduct cold calling, site visits, field sales and regular follow-ups
• Explain machine features, technical specifications, advantages and pricing to clients
• Arrange product demonstrations and close deals
• Generate repeat business, spare parts and after-sales revenue from existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep track of competitor activities (JCB, Escorts, ACE, SANY etc.)
• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline tracking and MIS




• Coordinate with dealers, distributors and internal teams

Required Qualifications:
• Graduation in any stream (Mechanical / Automobile background preferred)
• 1–5 years of sales experience in Heavy Machinery, Construction Equipment, Tractors, Cranes, Loaders or similar industry
• Knowledge of Hyderabad and Telangana/Andhra market preferred
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English

• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion ability
• Target-driven and aggressive field sales approach
• Good networking skills with contractors and construction companies
• Self-motivated and ready for extensive site visits
• Basic understanding of hydraulics, loaders and crane applications
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
