Job Description:
Design and execute ETL test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
Perform end-to-end ETL and Data Warehouse testing across source, staging, and target systems.
Validate source-to-target data mapping, transformation rules, and business logic.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity checks.
Write and execute complex SQL queries for backend data validation and data reconciliation.
Validate record counts, data types, null values, duplicates, missing records, and data truncation.
Test full loads, incremental loads, batch processing, and data migration as applicable.
Validate ETL workflows, dependencies, schedules, and error-handling mechanisms.
Identify, log, track, and manage defects using Jira,



Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Perform regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for data pipelines.
Analyze data discrepancies and collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders for root-cause analysis and resolution.
Prepare test execution reports, defect reports, and testing status updates.
Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, defect triage, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Support UAT, production validation, and post-release data verification.
Contribute to improving test coverage, data quality, and ETL testing processes
