Tecforz Innovations is looking for an experienced Enterprise SaaS Sales Leader to take ownership of the commercial growth of Careforz and Claimforz across the Indian healthcare market.

This is a hands-on leadership position. We are looking for someone who can open doors at hospitals, engage senior decision-makers, understand the actual business problem and take an prospect through to commercial closure. The role is not limited to managing a sales team or conducting product demonstrations.

About the role

Careforz and Claimforz address two closely connected areas of healthcare.

Careforz focuses on clinical workflows, structured health records, interoperability and digital health infrastructure, including FHIR and ABDM-aligned workflows.

Claimforz focuses on the financial side of insured healthcare from pre-authorisation and payer contracts to claim preparation, validation, reimbursement and settlement reconciliation.





The Sales Head will be responsible for building the market for both platforms while developing a disciplined enterprise sales process within Tecforz.

What you will be responsible for

You will identify and develop relationships with hospitals and hospital groups and engage directly with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Medical Directors, Insurance Heads and other key stakeholders.

A major part of the role will be understanding what is happening inside the hospital before proposing a solution. For Claimforz, this could mean identifying problems around claim queries, deductions, underpayments, pre-authorisation, payer contracts or revenue leakage. For Careforz, it could involve clinical workflow, interoperability, EMR/HIMS requirements, ABDM adoption or structured clinical data.
