Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager to drive business growth by identifying current opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting engineering software and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably with exposure to CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, engineering software, or related technical products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate current business opportunities through market research, networking, outbound calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering software, CAD/CAE/PLM solutions, and services.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads through the complete sales cycle.
• Coordinate with technical, presales, and delivery teams to understand and address customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals,



commercial discussions, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate with customers and work towards successful deal closure.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend customer visits, industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows as required.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business development activities.
