Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role based in Jodhpur. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and coordinating documentation for new hires and existing team members. The role will help administer advantages, track attendance and leave, and provide support in processing payroll inputs.



The Human Resources Assistant will also assist with HRIS data entry and updates, support training activities and scheduling, and respond to employee inquiries in a skilled and timely manner. Collaboration with HR management and other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations is an important part of this position.
