Job Description:
Drive sales and market penetration through concrete trials with commercial
acumen
Develop and maintain solid relationships with Readymix Concrete
Manufacturers and infra projects
Provide Technical solutions and support to the clients share for concrete
products and solutions in the assigned territory.
Collaborate with the specifications team to exchange and take forward the leads
Monitor competition movements and key industry developments to identify recent
opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor or Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or similar
4 to 6 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the Ready-mix
concrete or concrete admixtures company
Positive understanding of concrete technology
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage territory sales and build long-term customer
relationships.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel as required
