Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist – VDI (L3) to join the infrastructure support team. The role requires solid hands-on experience in enterprise VDI environments, Omnissa Horizon/VMware Horizon, Workspace ONE Access, Omnissa DEM, VMware infrastructure, and Microsoft technologies.

The candidate should currently be working at an L3 support/technical specialist level and have experience deploying, managing, troubleshooting, and supporting large-scale Horizon/VDI environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3-level technical support for enterprise VDI and Horizon environments.
• Design, deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Omnissa Horizon infrastructure in large-scale settings.
• Support and troubleshoot Omnissa Horizon, Workspace ONE Access, and Omnissa DEM.
• Troubleshoot VMware infrastructure including ESXi, vSphere,



and related virtualization components.
• Analyze logs and perform root-cause analysis for complex VDI and infrastructure issues.
• Handle user-level issues related to the Horizon Suite and provide timely resolution.
• Work with third-party IDM integrations and supporting VMware/Microsoft technologies.
• Work across hybrid cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Prepare and maintain HLD, LLD, solution documents, technical reports, and implementation documentation.
• Use basic scripting to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve support efficiency.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure components involving TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, switching, and routing.
• Perform Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
