Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for a BUSINESS HEAD / VP – Business Development. The role involves leading business development strategy,



identifying recent market opportunities, and driving revenue growth across verification, business process, and technology solution offerings. The position oversees key client relationships, supports enterprise sales cycles, and collaborates with product, operations, and technology teams to align solutions with client needs. Daily responsibilities include setting and tracking sales targets, building and mentoring the business development team, preparing proposals and commercial models, and representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and partner forums. The BUSINESS HEAD / VP will also monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments to inform go-to-market plans and long-term business strategy.
