Role Description
The Solidworks Mechanical Trainer will deliver structured,



hands-on training in Solidworks and related mechanical design concepts to engineering students and early-career specialists. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing training materials and exercises, conducting classroom and lab sessions, and providing individualized guidance and feedback on design projects. The trainer will demonstrate Solidworks features, best practices in 3D modeling and drafting, and industry-relevant workflows, while ensuring participants understand design standards and real-world application. Additional tasks include assessing learner performance, updating course content based on industry trends, coordinating with the training team, and maintaining training labs and equipment. This is a full-time, in office role located in Coimbatore.

Qualifications
• Solid proficiency in Solidworks and mechanical design, including 3D modeling, assemblies, drafting, and simulation.
