T-Mobile is expanding its TfB (Technology for Business) capabilities and is seeking a Software Engineer to build and support Salesforce solutions for B2B and enterprise customers. The engineer will develop features, automations, and integrations that power the Salesforce platform, working closely with senior engineers, technical leads, QA, and product stakeholders.




This is an individual-contributor role focused on hands-on development. The successful candidate will implement well-defined technical tasks against approved designs, build robust Salesforce engineering fundamentals, and grow into progressively more complex platform work under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and maintain Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and declarative configuration.
• Implement user stories and technical tasks against approved designs, meeting acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Write and maintain unit tests (Apex tests, LWC tests) to ensure adequate code coverage and reliable functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to improve code quality and consistency.
