About the Role

Stretch Wrap Industries is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent customers and business opportunities.
Visit potential and existing customers regularly to generate sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.




Collect market feedback and provide updates to the management.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers for repeat orders and payments.
Prepare regular sales and field visit reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer handling and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
Good knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities.
