What You’ll Do
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a recent company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and advantages that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the current company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
The incumbent will lead the global engineering function for the Vehicle Control & Wireless product lines within Eaton’s Low Voltage & Power Conversion (LVPC) group in the eMobility business. The role will direct a glpbal multidisciplinary team of 20+ engineers responsible for new product and technology development, product launches, and current-product engineering across switches, keypads, electronic control modules, wireless and connected devices,
and associated embedded hardware and software. The position will align with the Vehicle Control & Wireless business and collaborate with Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to define strategic priorities and deliver growth, profitability, quality, and customer commitments. The leader will drive customer intimacy, innovation, functional excellence, and speed of execution; contribute to the global LVPC engineering leadership team; and develop talent strategies for hiring, capability building, engagement, and retention.
