About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build our sales pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.
You will be responsible for identifying and enriching prospect data, reaching out to potential customers across multiple channels, qualifying their interest and requirements, and setting up high-quality introductory meetings with our sales team

Your primary goal is straightforward: generate qualified meetings that can turn into sales prospects.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with lists of target companies and/or individuals provided by the team.

• Research and enrich prospect information, including:
• Phone numbers




• LinkedIn profiles
• Email addresses
• Company details and relevant context
• Other information required for effective outreach
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect data in the CRM or designated tools.

2.Reach out to prospects through multiple channels, including:
• Cold calls
• LinkedIn
• Email
• WhatsApp
• Other relevant outreach channels
• Personalize outreach based on the prospect, company and available research.
• Follow up consistently across channels to maximize response rates.

3.Engage prospects in initial conversations to understand their business, needs and potential fit.
• Qualify leads based on agreed criteria.
• Identify prospects who have a genuine need and are worth progressing to the next stage.
• Handle initial objections and questions professionally.
