Role Description The Senior Business Analyst in the power transmission and distribution domain will work in office in Bengaluru in a full time capacity. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from utility stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for software solutions. The analyst will map current business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and define future-state workflows that align with industry best practices.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting stakeholder workshops, preparing detailed reports and presentations, collaborating with product and technical teams, and validating solutions against business needs. The role also includes supporting implementation, conducting user training and acceptance testing, and providing ongoing insights to refine and optimize deployed systems.
