Position: Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Symphony IT Park, Nanded City, Pune.
Job PurposeThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, and converting qualified leads into site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities• Generate leads through calling, Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives.
• Explain real estate projects, including location, specifications, amenities, and offers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the Marketing teams for effective lead management.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and sales activities in CRM.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




• Identify new business prospects through market research.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and developments in the local real estate market.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.

Key Skills & Competencies• Excellent verbal & written communication in Marathi, Hindi, English and interpersonal skills.
• Solid convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into site visits/sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
