The brand currently features four flavors—Classic Cola, Lemon Lime, Citrus Orange, and Strawberry—delivered through a go-to-market strategy centered on D2C, quick commerce, and contemporary trade. Bubz aims to make functional beverages mainstream in India with drinks that are cool, social, aspirational, and uncompromising on taste or lifestyle appeal.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai.



The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and conduct market research to understand customer segments in the functional beverage space. Responsibilities include generating leads through multiple channels, meeting prospective clients and trade partners, delivering product presentations, and negotiating commercial terms. The role also involves managing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to drive revenue growth and brand visibility across D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade. The ideal candidate will actively track performance metrics, provide regular business reports, and support strategic initiatives to expand Bubz’s presence in target markets.
