The position demands continuous vigilance and proactive engagement to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem resolution and collaboration with different teams. Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.




Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
Solid knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service frameworks.
Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to detect and diagnose infrastructure issues.
Ability to analyze complex system interactions and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
Familiarity with service level agreements and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
