SimCorp Dimension Support Engineer | 7+ Years | Pune

We are seeking an experienced SimCorp Dimension Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support, application maintenance, incident management, and operational support for the SimCorp Dimension (SCD) platform within Capital Markets and Asset Management environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for SimCorp Dimension applications, interfaces, and business-critical processes.
Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, EOD/SOD processing, and daily operational activities.
Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues while performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Manage SLA-driven support activities and coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
Support upgrades, releases, patches, deployments, and setting management activities.
Validate production fixes and maintain operational documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Participate in on-call support and ensure high application availability and stability.

Required Skills
Solid experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD).
Knowledge of SimCorp architecture, workflows, modules,



and integration frameworks.

Solid SQL skills for troubleshooting, reconciliation, and data analysis.

Experience with file-based and API integrations.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools.
